Project Overview

This is a data entry bulk project involving 10,000 form records to be filled in the client’s Excel template format. Each entry must strictly follow the data structure provided and comply with the validation rules defined in the instructions document.

Data Format & Instructions

• All data must be entered in the Excel file shared by the client.
• No column should be modified, added, or deleted.
• Mandatory fields must not be left blank.
• Use prescribed input format (e.g., DD-MM-YYYY for dates).

Quality & Rejection Criteria

Submissions will undergo quality checks. Accuracy should be equal to or more than 95%. Below 95% accuracy may lead to rejection or partial payment deductions.

• Typographical errors, blank fields, and format mismatch are considered errors.
• Double-check all entries before submission.

Delivery & Submission

Completed work must be submitted via email or the designated submission portal. Partial submissions will not be accepted unless pre-approved.

• Final file must be named as per instructions: DE2025-001_YourName.xlsx
• Late submissions will attract penalties or rejection.

Payment Terms

Full payment will be processed within 5–7 business days after final QC approval. Payment mode: UPI or bank transfer.

• Amount: ₹12,500 per 10,000 entries (₹1.25 per entry)
• Bonus: ₹1,000 if 99%+ accuracy achieved
